If you believe a payment was made fraudulently without your consent, please contact your bank/UPI provider immediately to report unauthorized activity. You can also reach out to our team at Befikraplays@gmail.com for transaction verification details.
If a technical error prevented your alert from displaying while the payment was successfully debited, please email us with your payment receipt ID and transaction time, and we will manually re-fire your alert during the next broadcast.
